• Lead complex financial modeling initiatives, including:
  • Three‑statement models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Long‑range planning and scenario models
  • Discounted cash flow (DCF) and valuation model
• Support M&A and strategic investments through valuation analysis, diligence support, and financial integration modeling
• Build driver‑based forecasting frameworks that tie financial outcomes to underlying business performance
• Partner with business leaders to identify key performance drivers and embed them into financial planning and forecasting models
• Independently lead multiple work streams, managing timelines, structuring analyses, and delivering high‑quality outputs

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development
• Advanced financial modeling expertise, including three‑statement modeling and DCF analysis
• Experience supporting M&A, investment analysis, or strategic planning initiatives
• Strong ability to connect financial results to underlying business drivers
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex, scalable financial models
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leaders

• Experience in professional services or project‑based business models
• Exposure to driver‑based forecasting or performance analytics transformation
• Experience building long‑range planning (LRP) models
• MBA, CFA or advanced degree

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00–$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
