PM Hotel Group - - Responsibilities:
Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches;
Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports;
Perform front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and other guest requests;
Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities;
Interact with guests and team members in a polite and positive way at all times, handling requests punctually
