• Cleanliness:
  Clean hotel public spaces, stock housekeeping supplies and linen, and deliver housekeeping related items to guest rooms.
• Guest Service:
  Ensure guest satisfaction related to housekeeping service, respond to requests promptly, act as a team player, and participate in the guest service recovery program.
• Safety/
  
  Risk Management:
  
  Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with all regulations, report maintenance needs, use chemicals safely, and follow incident and emergency procedures.
• Self Management:
  Produce required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing duties; adhere to attendance, grooming, and appearance standards; attend required meetings; and properly use all equipment and supplies.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to perform duties in a repetitive and fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the shift.
• Significant bending required.
