F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards, assisting guests with friendly, courteous, and professional service while adhering to health regulations. The role follows the Watermark Hotel's high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Cleanliness:
  Maintain cleanliness and provide necessary amenities and supplies in guest rooms. Ensure carts, linen, rooms, and equipment are clean and in working order.
• Guest Service:
  Ensure guest satisfaction through housekeeping service, respond to requests promptly, collaborate with other departments, and follow Best Western's guest service recovery program.
• Safety &
  
  Risk Management:
  
  Maintain a safe work area in compliance with Best Western and regulation; inspect rooms for maintenance needs; report issues; manage chemicals safely; follow all incident procedures and emergency procedures.
• Self‑Management:
  Plan, organize, and prioritize work to produce required volume; adhere to attendance, grooming, appearance standards, and department procedures; attend required meetings; use equipment and supplies properly.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred. Attention to detail, customer-focused, capable of performing duties in a repetitious and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently during shifts.
• Significant bending required.
