We’re looking for a passionate and people‑centered Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who believes in caring for others so they can be their best—someone who brings curiosity, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
As the HR Manager, you will lead the candidate and colleague experience from start to finish. Your focus will include recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and HR administration—all in support of fostering a welcoming, supportive, and high‑performing workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection and offers
- Build strong pipelines of talent through proactive outreach and partnerships
- Ensure every candidate experiences a warm, caring, and timely journey
- Lead and continuously improve the onboarding process
- Coordinate new‑hire paperwork, system setup, and hotel orientation
- Support hiring managers to ensure new colleagues feel welcomed and set up for success
- Partner with department leaders to foster a culture of care, collaboration, and growth
- Support colleague engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication
- Assist in planning team events, celebrations, and culture‑building activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support to colleagues and leaders
