Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a leading technology, infrastructure, and engineering services client. This individual will support a high-volume Talent Acquisition team by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, processing offers, maintaining ATS records, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple business units.
This role offers exposure to recruiting for technical, engineering, and professional positions while supporting hiring events, reporting initiatives, and end-to-end recruiting operations. Travel may be required to support recruiting activities across multiple southeastern markets.
- Track, maintain, and report daily candidate activity
- Ensure ATS data integrity and maintain recruiting documentation
- Post and manage job postings across ATS platforms, job boards, associations, and universities
- Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Process offers and prepare offer letters
- Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, travel, and scheduling
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters
- Assist with recruitment events and hiring fairs
- Create and maintain detailed Excel candidate tracking reports
- Compile recruiting reports and support weekly reviews
- Ensure consistency in recruiting policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support additional Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed
- Travel approximately 25-30%, typically at least once per month
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, TA Administrator, or similar recruiting support role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel skills (non-trainable requirement)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage candidate tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented
- Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts for technicians, engineers, project leaders, and professional staff
- Experience coordinating hiring events and recruitment campaigns
- Experience supporting both office and field operations
- Familiarity with life safety, CIS, or technical/construction-related recruiting environments
- Experience with travel coordination and candidate logistics
Hourly Pay: $25-$30/hr
Job-Type: 6-month contract to permanent hire opportunity
Schedule:
5 days a week on site; 8:00AM-5:00PM
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
