We are seeking a hands-on Sales Director with deep experience across Federal Civilian, SLED (State, Local & Education), and Commercial Enterprise markets

This is a strategic yet execution-focused leadership role for a growth-oriented sales leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and understands how to drive pipeline, close enterprise deals, and scale revenue operations.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute Federal, SLED, and Commercial sales strategy
- Drive new business development and expand share of wallet
- Build scalable sales processes, KPIs, dashboards & compensation structures
- Grow and lead a high-performing sales team (3–5 direct reports)
- Align win strategy, pricing, and positioning
- Navigate complex procurement and contract vehicles
- Leverage strategic OEM partnerships to generate pipeline
- Align go-to-market efforts with cybersecurity and infrastructure partners
- Strengthen channel relationships for long-term growth
- Own full-cycle sales execution
- Maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting (CRM/ERP-driven)
- Provide executive-level reporting on revenue and market trends
Required
- 7–10+ years of Federal and/or SLED sales leadership
- 3–5 years selling into commercial enterprise markets
- Experience in VAR or systems integrator environments
- Strong background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or IT modernization
- Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles
- Experience with cooperative contracts and state purchasing vehicles
- Familiarity with NASPO, state master contracts, or education procurement
- Strategic sales leadership
- Executive presence & communication
- Pipeline and revenue management
- Cybersecurity & IT solution fluency
- Influence company-wide public sector strategy
- Work directly with executive leadership
- Leverage strong OEM relationships
