• Lead planning, estimation, and execution of end-to-end test cycles including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases aligned with project objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers; allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
• Conduct defect triage meetings, manage defect life cycle, and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and align testing outcomes.
• Drive QA best practices, quality metrics, and continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Partner with automation teams to identify automation opportunities and improve overall test coverage.
• Leverage AI tools and prompt-engineering techniques to accelerate testing, improve accuracy, and optimize delivery outcomes.
• Prepare and present test reports, dashboards, and QA documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and audit requirements.

• Preferably an undergraduate / associate degree / diploma from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Around 8 years of overall IT experience
  , with 3+ years in a Test Lead or Senior QA role
  .
• Strong expertise in test design, test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with QA and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or similar tools
  .
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  .
• Proven ability to mentor team members, manage workloads, and drive team performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks
  .
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops environments
  .
• Domain experience in Banking and Financial Services
  , with preference for Credit Union experience
  .

Pay Range Minimum: $116,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $167,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
