HOW A SERVICENOW ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Service Now platform to support enterprise IT and business operations
  • Design and implement workflow automation solutions, enabling process efficiencies and scalable service delivery
  • Oversee the incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, timely resolution, and system integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new modules or enhancements
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular platform audits, and apply upgrades or patches as needed
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into system usage and operational trends
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Education:

    Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field; or possess an advanced degree in a related field (such as: Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Data Science)
  • Required Experience:

    4+ yrs of directly related professional work experience
  • Required

    Certifications:

    Service Now Certified System Administrator
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active polygraph
  • Location:

    Tysons, VA - On Customer Site

The likely salary range for this position is $104,188 - $140,960. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
