Position: Senior Cybersecurity Specialist with Security Clearance
Location: Tysons Corner

Overview The Cybersecurity Specialist Senior supports the Dept of the Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) to safeguard the financial system from illicit activity, counter money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and promote national security through strategic use of financial authorities and the collection, analysis, and dissemination of financial intelligence Responsibilities
· Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and remediate security weaknesses in networks, systems, and applications.
· Monitor security access and analyze system logs and network traffic for suspicious activities or potential threats.
· Administer, configure, and maintain security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
· Lead incident response efforts by investigating security breaches, determining the root cause, and coordinating recovery actions.
· Develop and enforce information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Qualifications

Required:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar Information Technology Field.
· 7 years' experience in cybersecurity operations.
· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified
