Overview
We are looking for an UX Lead who can effectively lead our UX efforts and bring strong domain expertise in digital banking. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving design strategy and team collaboration, while being well-versed with the banking.
Requirements- Candidate must be able to work onsite in Tysons Corner, VA
- Portfolio link must be provided in profile.
- Proven experience as a UX Lead in digital banking environments
- Expertise in designing end-to-end user experiences in complex banking applications
- Ability to mentor UX teams and lead design reviews and stakeholder discussions
