Data Analyst

Position Overview

is a rapidly expanding, entrepreneurial technology company seeking a Data Analyst who is ambitious, hardworking, has strong academic qualifications, and proven experience in a dynamic team environment. This role will be the main point of contact for business reporting needs across various functions, prioritizing and delivering strategic reporting and analyses to support these functions.

• Develop and automate reports for the Business Intelligence (BI) and analytical needs of stakeholders, collaborating to establish appropriate metrics.
• Gather functional requirements and work with product and engineering teams to deliver business metrics for our product suite.
• Interpret business data and analyze results to provide ongoing reports.
• Provide data‑driven analysis to support key decision‑making for business growth.
• Review data science models and convert them into reports for analysis and consumption.
• Communicate findings regularly to all levels of business and management.
• Help train internal and external stakeholders in using reporting tools and analyzing results.
• Set standards for data management and conceive projects to eliminate gaps between current state and future goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees preferred.
• 3 years of experience using SQL for data analysis; familiarity with other programming languages is a plus.
• 2 years of experience developing Micro Strategy reports and dashboards, and knowledge of Micro Strategy architecture; experience with other BI tools may be considered.
• Demonstrated success working cross‑functionally and translating technical content to a general audience.
• Understanding of data management and the data lifecycle.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and tools and flexibility to accept a wide range of responsibilities.
• Highly motivated self‑starter who can operate with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
