What You Will Do
:

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, success metrics, and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk registers.

• Develop a new design and provide technical solution to the user stories.

• Lead the team as a technical architect.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert technical consultant for a public sector financial services loan application project.

• Review technical requirements and code developed by the developers, in a migration from COBOL to Oracle.

• Create new loan application program in Oracle PL/SQL, Cold fusion.

• Develop new functionality.

• Manage the technical team.

• Manages team members to uncover and resolve highly complex issues, providing oversight and subject matter expertise.

What You Will Need
:

• Bachelor’s degree . Additional Four (4) Years of exp can be used in lieu of degree.

• Project Management experience.

• Minimum of Ten (10) Years of IT experience.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical delivery environments.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working with cross‑functional and distributed teams.

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Cold Fusion development.

• Experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c in Unix/Linux.

• Extensive PL/SQL experience (stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers).

• Demonstrated ability to write advanced business logic with PL/SQL.

• Advanced use of query refactoring and tuning techniques.

• Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture.

• SQL, PL/SQL, Cold Fusion.

• Experience with Git Hub and Agile methodologies.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Familiar with the loan and secondary mortgage processing.

• Exposure to commercial banking (loans).
