We are hiring a Salesforce Integration Architect with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and enterprise integrations.

The role focuses on designing API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems to support customer service operations.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Deep API and integration architecture knowledge
• Experience with middleware tools like Mule Soft, Boomi, or Informatica
• Strong CRM and enterprise system integration background
• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience is a plus

• Design and build integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Handle real-time and batch integrations
  
  Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data flow
• Define best practices for error handling, retries, and performance

• Lead Service Cloud solution design and implementation
• Build case management and customer support workflows
• Work on:
• CTI integrations
• Knowledge management

• Integrate Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Manage CRM data models and integration patterns
• Ensure data consistency and governance
• Work with FSC data models like:
• House holding
• Customer Relationships
• Gather requirements and design scalable solutions
• Work with stakeholders, developers, and architects

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Salesforce Service Cloud (must-have)
• Good understanding of:
• Case management
• Customer service workflows

• Strong experience with:
• REST & SOAP APIs
• ETL and data integration
• Experience with:
• Mule Soft / Boomi / Informatica
• Knowledge of:
• SQL
• Python or scripting (nice to have)
• Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCPFamiliar with Jira and Confluence

• 8+ years of experience
• Strong background in:
• Enterprise integrations
