Salesforce Lead Developer – FSC | Banking | AI & Data
Experience: 10+ Years (7+ Years in Salesforce)
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and strong exposure to Banking domain workflows
. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise-level banking transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations
, along with hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and AI-driven solutions using Agentforce / Einstein AI
.
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Lightning Framework
- Implement and customize Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions including:
Customer 360, Client onboarding, KYC workflows, Lending processes - Build and manage unified customer data platforms using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Configure and optimize Omni-Channel routing (chat, voice, messaging, digital channels)
- Design and implement scalable integrations with enterprise systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Conduct code reviews
, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables - Lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and guide delivery execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application issues
- Stay updated with emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements
Strong hands-on experience in:
- Apex Development
- API Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Proven expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) (Mandatory)
- Solid Banking domain experience
, including Retail banking, Lending lifecycle, Customer onboarding, KYC processes
Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Experience with Omni-Channel features
:
Routing, Messaging, Queue management, Agent capacity
- Experience with Mule Soft or other enterprise integration platforms
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and governance
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation programs
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II
