Role Overview

We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience
, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel
.

This is a hands-on leadership role
, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows
Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)
Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital)
Lead code reviews, and delivery execution

Mandatory Skills

Banking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC)
Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud

Preferred Skills

Salesforce security & compliance

Certifications (Preferred)

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
FSC Accredited Professional
Data Cloud / AI certifications
Ideal Candidate
FSC SME with strong development background
Proven ability to lead teams + deliver hands-on solutions
