Position: Digital Marketing Lead (Growth & Lead Generation)

The Role

Pearls is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead who blends performance‑driven strategy with hands‑on execution to accelerate our brand presence and lead generation efforts globally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth marketing, content strategy, GEO/SEO/SEM, paid media, and campaign optimization, and wants to help expand 10

Pearls' narrative as a global technology leader in healthtech, fintech, telco, energy, and industrials.

This person will partner closely with leadership, sales, and global marketing teams to drive measurable pipeline impact and elevate 10

Pearls' position as an industry‑leading AI and digital transformation partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
    • Own and optimize multi‑channel lead generation strategies, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, email, SEO, and ABM to increase qualified inbound pipeline.
    • Design and execute targeted campaigns supporting priority practices (AI, cloud, data, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, custom development).
    • Build full‑funnel nurture flows and conversion journeys that improve MQL → SQL velocity for enterprise buyers.
  • Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Manage performance across landing pages, ad creative, messaging, CTAs, and audience segments.
    • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high‑performing assets (web copy, landing pages, ads, email sequences, infographics, case study promotions, webinars).
    • Plan, execute, and measure always‑on and campaign‑based digital programs across Google Ads, Linked In Ads, industry platforms, and partner ecosystems.
  • SEO, Website Optimization & Analytics
    • Lead SEO strategy: keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO guidance, and performance tracking.
    • Identify and optimize high‑intent landing pages for enterprise buyers and priority services.
    • Use analytics tools (GA4, Hub Spot, Leadfeeder, Search Console, Ahrefs) to track campaign performance and produce actionable insights.
    • Continuously improve website conversion rates through CRO best practices.
  • CRM, Marketing Automation & Reporting
    • Build and manage marketing automation workflows.
    • Partner with sales to align scoring, lead routing, ICP targeting, and reporting.
    • Provide dashboards and insights to leadership on campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and customer acquisition trends.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Marketing
    • Support go‑to‑market campaigns with key partners including AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
    • Develop co‑marketing assets, partner landing pages, and joint digital activations to elevate visibility and create shared demand.
  • Brand & Thought Leadership Amplification
    • Collaborate with content teams to elevate 10

      Pearls' thought leadership in AI, cloud modernization, digital transformation, and industry‑specific innovation.
    • Promote blogs, case studies, webinars, events, and product launches to strengthen our market presence.
    • Develop social media strategies that increase engagement among enterprise decision‑makers.
Qualifications
  • 5‑8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing—preferably in B2B tech, software development, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing marketing automation (Outreach, Hub Spot).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys in AI, cloud, software development, or related technology services.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
  • Excellent copywriting instincts, creative judgment, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and South Asia.
