About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams on Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce platform delivery, proven Scrum Master experience, and the ability to drive teams toward successful sprint outcomes in fast‑paced implementation environments.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and team productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Track and report sprint metrics, team velocity, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery progress.
• Drive continuous improvement within Agile teams and promote Scrum best practices.
• Support delivery teams throughout Salesforce implementation life cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate release planning and deployment activities in collaboration with technical teams.

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud projects.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce implementation environments (not limited to Operations & Maintenance support).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Salesforce Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Salesforce release management, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment process.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Salesforce Dev Ops tools.

• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Experience working within SAFe Agile environment.
• Salesforce Administration and/or configuration experience is highly preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
