We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert Systems Engineer, with extensive experience in the design, operation, and security of network environments. Responsible for Dev Ops, Cyber and networking support for platforms across multiple enclaves. You will provide project management oversight for network initiatives while supporting both Network Operations (Net Ops) and Security Operations (Sec Ops) functions across coalition systems.

Active TS/SCI + CI Poly is required for access to classified environments and systems.

• Design, Implementation, and Operation of all systems across multiple enclaves
• Networking
• Firewalls
• Virtual Private Network (VPN)
• Core services (Microsoft and Linux services)
• Configuration management with Puppet/Katello
• Bash scripting
• Python scripting

Must have working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) as defined by NIST SP 800-37, with experience supporting Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes across a range of environments spanning commercial cloud through Impact Level 6 (IL6), to include familiarity with STIG application, continuous monitoring requirements, and coordination with Authorizing Officials (AOs) to maintain system integration accreditation.

Must be proficient in network health monitoring and must have the ability to implement preventative maintenance strategies including automated alerting, log aggregation, performance baselining, and patch management to ensure system availability, reliability, and security compliance.

Must be able to design, deploy, and maintain application infrastructure across on-premises and cloud-based environments, including configuration management. CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance on platform such as but not limited to Git Lab or Git Hub, and containerized and orchestration using tools Docker and Kubernetes.

• Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Qualified candidates must be willing and able to deploy 6 months at a time.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
