Position Overview:
This role supports the Digital Advisory team, enabling clients across various industries to implement Net Suite ERP solutions. The Manager will lead discovery workshops, configure systems, conduct testing and training, and provide mentorship and project guidance.
Responsibilities- Deploy Net Suite ERP solutions for clients across multiple industry verticals
- Conduct phases of an implementation methodology (SDLC, waterfall, agile, hybrid)
- Lead discovery workshops with clients, gathering requirements, documenting business process flows and design
- Perform system configuration, testing, and training
- Work effectively as part of a team, driving towards a collective goal, mentoring as needed
- Problem solve, be creative and fine‑tune solutions
- Provide business process and product expertise to client and implementation teams; build breadth and depth of knowledge across functional business processes and product modules
- Travel up to 30% as required (currently limited)
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline
- Extensive implementation and product experience with Oracle Net Suite in a consulting role, minimum of 5 years; additional experience with other ERP systems
- ERP implementation or professional services experience required
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with consultants and clients and delivering impactful project presentations
- Experience working in small and large teams
- Self‑starter, driven, resourceful, and proficient problem‑solver
- Customer‑centric, focused on satisfaction, success, and quality of work
- Functional expertise in supply chain processes (order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay) and manufacturing
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, technology or service industries
- Experience with documentation of project deliverables, requirements, configuration, process flows, test cases, and related documents
- Proficiency with project tools and templates (Visio, PPT, Word, Excel, JIRA, etc.)
- Certifications in Net Suite, Project Management, Supply Chain and Quality are a plus
