Senior Business Analytics Consultant - Marketing & Customer Analytics

Position Overview

Senior Business Analytics Consultant within PNC’s Data, Modeling & Analytics Marketing & Customer Analytics organization. Based in Vienna, VA, Wilmington, DE or Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on accelerating profitable marketing growth by developing, applying, and scaling next-best-everything decisioning optimizations, improving the quality, performance, and stability of self‑learning models, and generating key analytical insights to inform decision inputs.

• Leverage complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise across multiple functions or business units, creating data‑driven solutions.
• Consult clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product/solution development.
• Determine the optimal analytic approach and support development, implementation, and enhancements.
• Conceptualize, develop, and continuously optimize analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data‑driven decision making.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management, communicating conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

• 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, customer, or decision analytics, preferably in financial services.
• Strong results orientation and increasing ownership of complex analytical problems.
• Experience with Pegasystems CDH is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, effective cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to translate model‑driven decisions into clear business and customer impact.

• University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

Base Salary: $82,500.00 – $. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
