The Role We are looking for an early-career Digital Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. This is not a traditional reporting role it's a hybrid position for someone who can work with data and apply business judgment to recommend clear actions and strategy. You will evaluate marketing campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI across digital products including auto deposits and mortgage, then synthesize findings into recommendations that help leadership decide whether initiatives should scale, be adjusted, or retired.###

What You'll Do
* Query and analyze data to evaluate marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital ad platforms, auto deposits, and mortgage products
* Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in campaign performance
* Assess ROI of campaigns and provide clear recommendations — continue, adjust, or discontinue
* Translate data findings into business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
* Partner with marketing and business leaders to ensure strategy is rooted in data-driven insights
* Contribute to building new marketing analytics capabilities for the team### Qualifications
* 2–4 years of experience in an analyst or marketing analytics role
* Hands-on experience with SQL;
Snowflake or similar data warehouse tools a plus
* Curious and data-driven with strong business instincts
* Structured, articulate communicator — able to explain complex findings in a clear, business-focused way
* Critical thinker who can balance quantitative findings with qualitative business judgment
* Familiarity with marketing tech stack and campaign measurement
* Experience in financial services or marketing analytics a plus
