Executive Mosaic, a leading government contracting (Gov Con) media and events company, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for its expanding team.
As a Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Executive Mosaic. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best-practice solutions, and managing the product roadmap.
Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should excel in all aspects of user management, including report building and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.
The Administrator should be able to understand, and work within, our current Salesforce setup, while also implementing industry best practices in order to quickly identify areas of improvement.
An understanding of business objectives is required. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms and clearly explain design options and their potential impact.
Responsibilities- All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Identifying and gathering requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identifying unused or underutilized platform features
- Creating a platform roadmap and defining priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Owning the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and health checks
- Monitoring and improving user adoption
- New user and ongoing user training
- Must be proficient in Marketing Cloud/Pardot
- Technical documentation
- Working with integrated applications, including Marketing Cloud
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least over three years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with [Sales Cloud or your Salesforce product]
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- A proactive attitude towards platform enhancements
- Designing scalable, best-practice solutions
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Translating requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in change management and governance
