We’re looking for a Salesforce Integration Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation, integration, and optimization across both existing and newly acquired branches. This is a highly strategic, hands‑on role where you’ll serve as the platform owner, driving rollout, adoption, and long‑term success of Salesforce across the organization.

• Lead full Salesforce deployments — configuration, data migration, user setup, and go-live execution
• Translate business needs into scalable Sales Cloud solutions through discovery with leadership
• Configure core sales processes: lead management, pipeline tracking, quoting, and customer workflows
• Oversee integrations with systems like Service Titan (field ops), Net Suite (ERP), and more
• Own Salesforce post go‑live — system health, permissions, workflows, and enhancements
• Build dashboards and reporting tied to key sales KPIs (pipeline, close rates, revenue, etc.)
• Drive automation using Flows, Process Builder, and AI capabilities
• Lead ongoing training and change management as the platform evolves
• Deploy a repeatable Salesforce playbook across newly acquired branches
• Conduct CRM assessments and data strategy pre‑close
• Champion adoption and guide teams through change during integrations

4+ years of Salesforce implementation + admin experience (Sales Cloud, Field Service focused)

Experience rolling out Salesforce across multi-site or multi‑entity organizations

Strong knowledge of leads, opportunities, reporting, dashboards, flows, and integrations

Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or field service platforms

Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM 201 required; additional certs a plus)

A true change agent mindset — someone who drives both system and user adoption

Willingness to travel up to 50% for implementation and go‑live support

• Experience in PE-backed or acquisition-heavy environments
• Familiarity with Service Titan or home services workflows
• Background in CRM strategy, Sales Ops, or Rev Ops

• Base + performance bonus (8–10% tied to go-live & adoption milestones)
