IT Services Supervisor - Endpoint Management
Reporting to the Senior IT Services Manager, the IT Services Supervisor – Endpoint Management is responsible for the operational leadership, technical oversight, and strategic direction of the firm’s endpoint management program. This role delivers secure, reliable, and standardized endpoint services while developing the technical capabilities of the team and driving continuous improvement.
Essential Functions- Leading the daily operations of the Endpoint Management team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and SLA attainment.
- Overseeing the full endpoint lifecycle including procurement, deployment, Autopilot provisioning, software delivery, patching, security, refresh, and retirement.
- Owning endpoint standards for Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra , mobile devices, and endpoint security.
- Serving as the senior technical escalation point for endpoint technologies and complex incidents.
- Driving automation through Power Shell, Microsoft Graph, and modern management technologies.
- Partnering with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, Networking, Service Desk, and Facilities on enterprise initiatives.
- Leading EP technology refreshes, M&A EP integrations as needed, and enterprise endpoint projects.
- Maintaining documentation, standards, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
- Leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing assigned analysts.
- Conducting regular one‑on‑one meetings, annual performance reviews, and career planning discussions.
- Developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each direct report.
- Identifying technical skill gaps and creating training and certification roadmaps.
- Promoting cross‑training, knowledge sharing, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Assigning stretch projects that expand technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
- Building a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer service excellence.

- Power Shell scripting and automation
- Enterprise software packaging and deployment
- Mobile Device Management (iOS/Android)
- Service Now or equivalent ITSM platform
- Advanced Windows troubleshooting
- Tanium or equivalent endpoint management platform (preferred)
- Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Endpoint Analytics, Power BI (preferred)

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience.
- 3+ years leading technical teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise environments of 2,000+ endpoints preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise technology implementations and operational improvements.
- Microsoft Certified:
Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD‑102) - Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104) - Microsoft 365 Certified:
Administrator Expert - ITIL Foundation
- CompTIA Security+
- Tanium Certified Administrator (preferred)
- Endpoint compliance and security posture
- Endpoint availability and reliability
- SLA and operational metric attainment
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Reduction in recurring endpoint incidents
Automation and process improvement delivery - Successful endpoint refresh and deployment initiatives
- Documentation quality and knowledge maturity

- Ability to travel to firm offices and industry events as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when supporting endpoint deployment activities.
- Availability to support critical incidents outside normal business hours when necessary.
