The Role
Cave is seeking a driven and customer-focused Product Manager to help shape the future of our cybersecurity and compliance platform. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering customer insights, prioritizing roadmap initiatives, and partnering with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to deliver solutions that solve complex security and compliance challenges. The ideal candidate has experience building B2B SaaS products, thrives in fast-paced environments, and possesses a strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and compliance frameworks.
Success in this role requires balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while driving product innovation and adoption. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in helping Cav expand its market presence, enhance customer outcomes, and accelerate the development of AI-powered and compliance-focused capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role.
- Experience managing SaaS products in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working cross functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Ability to define product requirements and translate customer needs into actionable features.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience prioritizing competing initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in cybersecurity, compliance automation, cloud security, risk management, or governance platforms.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 80053, RMF, CMMC, SOC 2, or other compliance frameworks.
- Experience with AIpowered products, automation platforms, or data driven applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working in startup or high growth technology environments.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar platforms.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and implementation decisions.
