About the roleWe are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team. This position involves both manual and automated testing of configurations and integrations for standard Service Now solutions. A strong grasp of Service Now platform functionalities, including modules, access control lists, workflows, and integration testing is essential.

Contract - Compensation: $112,668
- Create, document, and uphold testing strategies and plans for Service Now implementations.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of Service Now configurations and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Report on testing outcomes and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases and results.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Proficient in testing Service Now configurations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform behaviors and modules.
- Experience with access control lists and workflow management.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
