The Full Time Custodial Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing all labor necessary to maintain the building in a clean and orderly condition, including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, trash disposal, bathroom cleaning, fixture cleaning, waxing, removing old wax, mopping, and applying anti-static substances to carpets.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma with two or more years of custodial experience.
• Ability to achieve and maintain security clearance at the TS level.
• Extensive walking, stooping, pushing, carrying, climbing, bending, and lifting capabilities.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
• Compliance with all company policies and standards.

Abilities:

• Lifting at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for extended periods.
• Relocating a 12-foot stepladder without assistance.
• Working at heights up to 60 feet, including climbing scaffolds, aerial lifts, and ladders.
• Routine physical activities such as walking, climbing, lifting, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead.
• Good vision (corrected if necessary), color vision, hearing, and English communication skills.
• Using standard ladders within weight limits while carrying tools.
• Recognizing problems or potential issues, without necessarily solving them.
• Applying general rules to specific problems to produce logical answers.
• Integrating pieces of information to form conclusions, even among seemingly unrelated events.
• Seeing details at close range.
• Listening to and understanding spoken information and ideas.
