Committee Operations Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop project scope statements.

Provide leadership of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) session to identify specific project deliverables and defining accountability per unit.

Ensure business requirements and tasks are identified to create a detailed MS Project schedule.

Manage the identified project deliverables for completion by ensuring accountability per participating unit.

Develop and monitor risk plans to ensure mitigation strategies are in place and being executed.

Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.

Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures.

Monitor and facilitate the tracking and resolution of issues impacting the project.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Administer and oversee recurring operational activities and processes to ensure effective day-to-day execution.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement enhancements to existing processes.

Develop and implement strategies to support achievement of business goals and objectives.

Allocate and manage resources based on business priorities and project needs.

Evaluate and recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field.
5-7 years of relevant professional experience

Additional Skills and

Qualifications:

At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.

Demonstrated experience leading and directing the work of cross-functional teams or staff.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in complex operational environments.

Demonstrated management or leadership experience, including accountability for outcomes.

Experience supporting operational strategy, resource planning, or business execution priorities.

Strong ability to foster teamwork and collaborate across organizational units.
