Altar'd State - - Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Store Leader by directing activities required to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.;
Coaches and develops associates, provides feedback, rewards performance, and drives retention.;
Oversees scheduling, back of house organization, shipment/product prep, markdowns, inventory/damages audits, banking and loss prevention systems, and payroll coordination.;
Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed and loss prevention practices are followed to protect company assets.;
Communicates effectively with executive team and partners with district leadership to rollout floorsets and maintain brand aesthetic.
