As a Windsor Assistant Manager you are a key member of our store leadership team. You support the team in driving our mission statement in the store. In partnership with the Store Manager you will be responsible for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You coach and motivate a high-performing team while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

• Drive sales and build brand loyalty by delivering an omni-channel experience to every customer.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talent for a team of up to 25 employees.
• Own the sales floor and execute daily operations to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Supervise and conduct training, communication, coaching, and feedback for stylists.
• Adhere to Windsor policies and procedures, maintaining integrity in all actions.
• Support the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive, maintaining store appearance and merchandising decisions in line with Visual Guidelines.
• Promote Windsor values and culture, fostering respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to resolve issues with customers and associates as they arise.
• Effective communication skills in group settings and one-on-one interactions.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
