The Slime Packer at Sloomoo plays a crucial role in delivering innovative and high‑quality slime products. In a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, the individual engages in all stages of slime creation, from mixing to final packaging, ensuring quality, safety, and creativity.

• Execute all phases of slime production, adhering to recipes and specifications.
• Learn all facets of production, including mixing, molding, stickering, and packing.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain consistency and identify issues.
• Package finished slime products, label accurately per company & regulatory standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area, including cleaning equipment and tools.
• Work closely with production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to improve processes and introduce new product ideas.
• Ensure safety, address and log damages, repair needs, and convey feedback to management.
• Support team members, contributing to a collaborative, positive environment.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by managers.

• Experience in food preparation, kitchen prep, meal assembly, or similar production environments.
• Experience as Prep Cooks, Line Prep Team Members, or fast‑paced food production settings (e.g., Chipotle).
• Experience accurately measuring ingredients and following standardized recipes.
• Proven ability to maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail in a high‑volume environment.

• Strong ability to follow detailed recipes, specifications, and SOPs with precision.
• Comfortable measuring ingredients, handling materials accurately, and maintaining product consistency.
• Demonstrated experience where quality standards, portioning, or recipe adherence are critical.
