Cvent is seeking a high-impact Senior Manager, Corporate Public Relations to join our growing Corporate Communications team. As Cvent continues to expand its global reach, deepen its AI-first product innovation, and lead in an increasingly complex and fast-moving meetings and events landscape, the demand for a sophisticated, proactive communications presence has never been greater. This is a newly created role—one that will directly shape how Cvent engages with, and shows up in, the media and analyst communities that shape our industry’s narrative.

This role sits at the heart of Cvent’s external storytelling engine. You will own the day-to-day execution of all PR, awards and media relations activity—narrative development, product launch communications, and executive thought leadership—while supporting and enabling our US and European PR agencies. You will also support and help evolve Cvent’s analyst relations program, ensuring Cvent is consistently visible and top of mind with the analysts who shape our category.

As part of the core Corporate Marketing function that reports into the VP of Corporate Marketing, you will be the primary executor who brings the overall communications strategy (including brand messaging, awards/accolades, integrated media strategy, and broader PR/AR/Comms direction) to life. You are equally at home crafting a compelling media narrative, prepping a C-suite executive for an analyst briefing or keynote, managing agency relationships, maintaining Cvent’s corporate messaging and key statistics, and contributing to an earnings script.

You hold yourself to high standards, and bring the energy and hunger to take Cvent’s communications team to new heights.
