• Work with cutting edge oncology research team
• Work closely with both clinical and research staff in a multidisciplinary environment

• Be able to do the job as described
• Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist with 1+ years of APP experience
• Must have Research and Oncology experience
• Phase 1 studies a plus
• Virginia license, BLS, DEA
• Passion for innovation, patient education, and collaborative care

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans within protocol
• Prescribe treatments and medications in alignment with research study parameters
• Support physicians during procedures and clinical research evaluations
• Educate patients and families on trial participation and treatment options
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff and provide staff education on ongoing studies
• Integrate research findings into everyday clinical practice and improve care delivery
