The position involves delivering patient-centered care as part of a nursing team within assisted living, memory support, and/or skilled nursing neighborhoods. Responsibilities include supporting independence, dignity, and wellbeing of residents, within a collaborative environment that values connection, respect, and purpose.

• Current Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• High School Graduate.
• Completion of Nursing Assistant Certification program.
• CPR/AED certification.

This position is full-time. 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift. Flexible schedules, weekend, and holiday availability required.

More than a luxury residence, The Mather is in an enviable walkable, urban neighborhood, close to the Metro and all the DC area has to offer. Opened in March 2024, The Mather includes 293 independent living apartment homes, as well as assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing, along with multiple restaurants, a fitness center, art studio, gardens and more.

The Mather is located at 7929 Westpark Drive, Tysons.
