The Opportunity

Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visitinga Lucid Studio. They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brandconnection, and supporting daily studio operations.

This is a part-time role that requires flexibility, including the abilityto work evenings and weekends .Part Time Brand Ambassador can expect to work between 20-25 hours per week.

What You’llDo

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate nextstep in their journey
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists
• Ensure test drive andshowcasevehicles are clean, charged, and ready
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests)
• Support day to day studio operations as needed

What You Bring

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)
• Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting
• Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours,holidays and weekends
• 18 years old minimum
• Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred
• Authorized to work in the USA (visas sponsorship not available)
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Wherepermittedby law, successful completion of a drug test and background check including, but not limited to, criminal records are a condition of employment for Lucid sales centers
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must havemaintaineda Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
