THE ROLE

The Sales Lead focuses on providing a superior level of customer service, driving sales, and inspiring brand loyalty. The role requires a positive, goal‑oriented, outgoing personality, engaging clients proactively and maintaining professionalism.

• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
• Show strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capture customer information via multiple means, including phone and written follow‑ups.
• Manage client book and follow up on shopping experience and product care inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed with the Store Manager.
• Demonstrate full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Use fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships within a team‑focused environment.
• Support managers in maintaining efficient in‑store operations, including daily replenishment, markdown processing, and visual standards.
• Leverage store systems for business analysis and KPI tracking.
• Operate POS, conduct email, opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk, and backroom areas.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks: dust & clean shelves, wipe doors and mirrors, collect trash, sweep/mop floors, sanitize common areas.
• Report directly to Assistant Manager and Store Management, ensuring high‑quality client service and efficient operation.
• Provide training to new teammates and support new store openings across the US.
• Participate in nationwide contests to demonstrate team spirit.

• Eligibility to work in the US.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and problem‑solving ability.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• People‑oriented, enjoys teamwork, and building connections with guests.
• Physical capability to lift over 20 pounds and stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, and carry items such as mannequins, clothing, totes, and torsos.
