Job Overview

Team Leader – Full Time – Tysons Corner, VA

• Provide training to enhance team ability to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.
• Enhance profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information.
• Ensure appropriate space management techniques are used.
• Maintain store graphics system (including pricing) with focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales.
• Replenish all fixtures and evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
• Empower and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand vision and values.
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO® Brand values.

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Employee training, cash handling and inventory/sales auditing experience.
• Experience using point of sale automated systems and merchandise maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and perform tasks requiring constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Full availability to work 40 hours per week.
