Salary Range$24.00 to $28.00 hourly.
The PositionVince is seeking a dynamic, customer service driven Full‑Time Assistant Store Manager. The ASM assists the Store Manager in daily store operations, demonstrating leadership by maximizing profits, sales, and the customer service experience. The ASM contributes significantly to sales and is evaluated against the store’s monthly sales plan. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing store associates, modeling customer service standards, maintaining visual presentation and housekeeping, operating within company guidelines, following loss control procedures, and ensuring optimal floor coverage.

- Assist in achieving and exceeding the store’s productivity and sales goals.
- Model exceptional customer service and coach staff; teach client development.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain quality sales associates.
- Evaluate individual associate performance against goals.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, paperwork, and operational tasks.
- Protect store assets and inventory; report potential shrinkage.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Manage client book and clienteling activities.
- Effective and elevated communication.

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in luxury retail management.
- Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Computer skills (POS system, Word, Excel, email).
- Can lift, carry, or move objects up to 35 pounds and use ladders or stairs.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills; able to delegate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, outgoing, high‑energy personality; entrepreneurial, sales‑focused, and takes ownership of store business at all levels.
- Mentor and leader to staff and peers; develops strengths and spots opportunities.
- Trainer capable of teaching customer service, selling, and operations.
