We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Associates to join our team based in Tysons Corner. Our retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central to the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, the UK, and the US, and planned openings nationwide.

As a Retail Sales Associate, your role will be to create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques. We pride ourselves on sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes, and presenting a premium product offering to our customers. It is therefore paramount that we deliver this with a premium service experience that’s both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers who will want to return time and time again.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working on your feet in a fast‑paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, and processing register transactions.

• Experience in visual merchandising and a critical eye for how things are displayed.
• Ability to learn our recipes and take in knowledge of the ingredients and allergens.
