Altar'd State -  - Responsibilities:
Lead and direct all store activities to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, HR management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.;
Recruit, select, and develop associates; hold individuals accountable for performance; provide timely feedback; drive retention and engagement.;
Forecast and analyze business trends; manage payroll expense to maximize store performance; achieve measurable goals (net sales, DPT, UPT, payroll, shortage).;
Direct guest service efforts consistent with company standards and coach associates to increase transactions and guest opportunities.;
Oversee merchandise presentation, restocking and recovery to maximize productivity; ensure adherence to Revival culture and operational standards.
