This is not retail, and it is not transactional selling. Our stylists operate as trusted advisors to executives, entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals.
As we continue expanding nationally through private appointments, corporate partnerships, and trunk shows across the country, we are selectively adding a driven Sales Stylist who wants to build a book of business, control their income, and grow alongside an emerging luxury brand.

About the RoleBuild your own client base through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals. Conduct private styling appointments. Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business. Serve as a wardrobe consultant, not just a salesperson. Convert introductions at trunk shows and events into lasting clients. Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently drive revenue. Deliver a premium client experience from the first conversation to the final fitting.
You will be given real autonomy in this role and will be expected to think like an owner.

We are looking for someone who is highly competitive and internally motivated, comfortable creating opportunity rather than waiting for it, and capable of carrying a strong professional presence. You should communicate well, be coachable, organized, accountable, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Backgrounds that tend to translate well into this role include outside sales, medical device or pharmaceutical sales, SaaS or tech sales, commercial real estate, luxury goods, high-performance hospitality, and former collegiate athletics. That said, we hire for hunger and drive above all else. Skills can be taught. Ambition cannot.
Required SkillsCompetitive, entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and motivated by uncapped earnings.

Pay range and compensation packageWe offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, along with a clear path toward six-figure earnings. First-year stylists who fully execute our process often target $90K–$120K+, with significantly higher income potential as their book of business grows. You will have the opportunity to build a substantial personal client portfolio, gain exposure to high-level clientele, and advance quickly as the company scales.
