Beauty Advisor – Neiman Marcus
OverviewThe Beauty Advisor works under the guidance of the Cosmetics Selling Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, build sales volumes for both individual and vendor lines, and maintain strong customer relationships. They support in‑house training, pre‑booked facial consultation events, and ensure a well merchandised counter while confidently closing retail sales.
Responsibilities- Model Neiman Marcus principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
- Develop excellent customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative.
- Serve as the liaison between Neiman Marcus and the designated Account Executive.
- Use the clienteling system to record and maintain client information and preferences.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to sale and follow‑up.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter that meets company standards.
- Participate in in‑house training programs and pre‑booked facial consultation events.
- Work collaboratively with other team members while successfully driving independent business.
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably cosmetics‑focused.
- Demonstrated successful sales experience and quota attainment.
- Strong multi‑tasking ability in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in learning and using proprietary Neiman Marcus clienteling tools and software.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently to grow a successful business.
- Sound business judgment and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $10.00 – $20.90* (varies by geographic location; actual pay based on location, experience, and job‑related factors.)
