Position: Role Player (Part Time) with Security Clearance
Role Player (Part-Time) Location Varies:
Northern Virginia (within 50 miles of Tyson's Corner, VA) or Southern Baltimore (within 50 miles of Elkridge, MD) This position requires an active SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one. Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance! Summary Core One is seeking Role Players to support a variety of Department of War training exercises. Training support requirements vary in time and duration, typically 3-6 times per month, and may include scenarios with extended hours, federal holidays, or overlapping courses.

Responsibilities
* Act in varied training scenarios involving 1 to 4 personnel, which may vary by course and exercise.
* Use a personal vehicle and personal phone in a role-playing scenario.
* Participate in scheduled training, including scenarios with extended hours, federal holidays, or overlapping courses.
* Walk outdoors for extended periods and demonstrate excellent driving and navigational skills.
* Observe and document student activities and deliver timely, comprehensive feedback.
* Adhere to traffic laws with a primary focus on safety during all activities.

Required Qualifications
* U.S. Citizenship.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Possess or have the ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
* Own and utilize a maintained, clean, insured, and registered personally owned vehicle.
* Be available to support training with extended hours and/or federal holidays. Salary Range: $200-250/per day The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract.
