Sr Full-Stack Developer; Angular​/TypeScript​/Node

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Tysons, VA.
This role is hybrid (3 days/week Onsite in either Tysons or Rockville office)

Responsibilities
:

• Full-Stak Development:
  Build frontend applications using Angular with Micro Frontend Architecture and backend services with Type Script and API Gateway integrations
• Cloud-Native Solutions:
  Develop scalable components using AWS services (S3, Cloud Front, SNS, SQS, Dynamo
  
  DB)
• Quality Ownership:
  Own quality from conception to production-develop comprehensive test strategies using Selenium and Playwright, implement TDD practices, and take full responsibility for defect resolution
• Dev Ops & CI/CD:
  Contribute to Jenkins to Git Lab CI/CD migration, integrate automated testing into pipelines, and work with Docker containerization

  Design and implement efficient data models using Dynamo
  
  DB for high-performance distributed applications
• Collaboration:
  
  Participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct peer reviews, and advocate for quality throughout the development process
• Security & Compliance:
  Implement secure coding practices for handling PII and sensitive regulatory data in a regulated financial environment

Required Skills
:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of experience (or equivalent)
• Strong expertise in Object Oriented programming, Type Script, and database technologies (including No
  
  SQL/Dynamo
  
  DB)
• Proven experience with Angular framework and modern JavaScript/Type Script development
• Demonstrated experience with comprehensive testing: unit, integration, and E2E testing using Selenium and Playwright
• Experience developing enterprise solutions in Agile environments
• Experience owning quality end-to-end or working where developers are responsible for testing their own code
• Knowledge of Test Automation, Build Automation, and Configuration Management frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Lab, or similar)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
