Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance! Core One is seeking Software Developers L1-6 to support our IC program. This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance

Roles & Responsibilities :
* Provide development engineering and programming support to projects and infrastructure support activities
* Design and develop enterprise applications in a Web environment
* Develop, create, and modifies general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
* Analyze user needs and develops software solutions
* Design software or customizes software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
* Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team
* Manage websites including design, develop, deploy and maintain activities as well as performs testing and quality assurance of web sites and web applications Requirements:
* Active TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance
* An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to eighteen (18) months specialized experience
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to three (3) years specialized experience (total equivalency is not cumulative when combined with an Associate's degree)
* A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of five (5) years when combined with a Bachelor's)
* A Doctorate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of seven (7) years when combined with a Master's and a Bachelor's).
* Professional years of experience may be substituted for specialized years of experience at a ratio of three (3) years of general experience within an occupation for one (1) year of specialized experience
* Relevant certifications will be considered equivalent to three (3) months of specialized experience Levels:
* Developmental:
* Full Performance: 3 YOE
* Senior: 6 YOE
* Expert: 11 YOE
* Manager: 16 YOE
