• Define and lead mobile application architecture across iOS, Android, and cross-platform solutions, including hybrid and Salesforce-embedded pages
• Own requirement refinement, technical solution design, and present architecture designs to governance and architecture forums
• Lead mobile development teams, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure production stability
• Design and implement end-to-end mobile integrations with Salesforce (CRM / Experience Cloud), backend services, APIs, and third-party systems
• Ensure mobile application security, performance, scalability, and regulatory compliance
• Define and implement observability, logging, monitoring, crash reporting, and performance tracking for mobile applications
• Guide CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation using Autorabbit, Fastlane, Git, Jenkins, or equivalent tools
• Collaborate with UX, product, and business teams to optimize mobile user experience and usability
• Mentor mobile developers and promote best practices, reusable components, and modular architecture
• Preferably an undergraduate degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 8–12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on mobile application architecture and development experience
• Strong experience in native iOS (Swift / Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java) development
• Hands-on experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin
• Strong expertise in API integrations, REST/SOAP services, OAuth, JSON, and backend connectivity
• Experience embedding or integrating Salesforce pages, LWR components, or Salesforce Mobile SDK
• Solid understanding of mobile security best practices including encryption, authentication, and secure storage
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile app store deployments, release management, and versioning
• Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, observability, analytics, and crash reporting
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Salesforce Mobile SDK experience or Salesforce Platform Developer certification
• Mobile application security or cloud certifications (AWS Mobile, Azure Mobile, or equivalent)

Pay Range Minimum: $125,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $193,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
