Senior Software Developer, Pega Applications:
The senior software developer will develop and maintain robust system level software, ensuring the performance and scalability of backend systems during the contract period. The developer will be fully dedicated to the project objectives. Translate detailed design into computer software. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program‑level and user‑level documentation.

• Provide technical leadership as a Pega Senior System Architect (SSA), ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Define IT strategies and manage infrastructure to meet organizational objectives.
• Lead teams in system design, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and information security protocols.
• Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development framework.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration.
• Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategies with business goals.
• Coordinate with Pega vendor with Service Requests and their resolution.
• Manage Pega platform level 508 defects and their plan for resolution.
• Advocate for reusable design patterns and components that can be leveraged across applications.

• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, specializing in Java and Pega.
• Strong knowledge of front/back‑end development, Java, Pega, and workflows.
• Certified as a Senior System Architect is required.
• Proficiency in Java and Pega, and workflow‑based solutions.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer science required.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to work within contract deadlines and deliverables.
