Salesforce Consultant

Requirements

• Deep experience and expertise in GenAI setup within the Salesforce technology stack
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Salesforce technology stack

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers in designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient and scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance Salesforce functionality.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their Salesforce development skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Proficiency in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
• Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
