* Design and implement scalable, reliable backend services and APIs using Node.js, Go, or Python
* Architect data workflows and orchestrate complex backend logic using microservices
* Collaborate with frontend, ML, and product teams to bring new features to life

* Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes

What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of professional experience in backend development
* Proficiency in at least one core language:
Node.js, Go, or Python
* Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
* Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
* Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other SQL/No

SQL databases
* Comfort working in CI/CD environments and automating deployments
* Solid grasp of backend system design, security, and performance
* Strong debugging skills and a clean, maintainable coding style

Bonus Points For
* Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Open Telemetry
* Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, Pulumi)
* Exposure to high-scale systems and distributed architecture
* Knowledge of security practices for APIs and backend systems
